The New Apple Watch Series 8: Its Design and Release Date Have Been Leaked.
Numerous predictions suggest that this year will be Apple Watch's most successful one. Rumors said Apple is working on a new Watch model, called Apple Watch Pro, that will appear larger and different from previous models. According to a recent report, color isn't the only thing expected to be different on the upcoming Watch.
A more conventionally designed Apple Watch Series 8 is also in the works. That would be the Apple Watch Series 8, with its clever moniker. The latest tweet from notorious leaker Shrimp ApplePro reports that the Watch box design has been somewhat tweaked and is now available.
New as of September 6. More and more information about the upcoming Apple Watch models has been trickling out like air from a defective balloon in the days leading up to the September 7 announcement. First off, 9to5Mac now features full-color stunning photographs of the Apple Watch Pro, created by the talented Ian Zelbo and Parker Ortolani, complementing the renders that surfaced yesterday.
But as intriguing is Bloomberg's Mark Gurman's claim in his weekly Power On newsletter that Apple Watch Series 8 will include a body temperature sensor, which will initially be utilized for women's health features relating to conception. According to him, the new Apple Watch SE, like the Apple Watch Series 8, will include the newest S8 chip.
However, Gurman claims that the new SE will have the same design as the existing model. It's interesting because I had assumed the new SE would have the same design as the Series 7, which debuted with the Series 4. Hmm, that's a question for later. This Apple Watch Series 8 is expected to look identical to the present Series 7, except for the colors, as will be discussed in greater depth below.
According to Apple's standard practice of only adding its most sophisticated sensors in its most costly products, the body temperature sensor for Apple Watch Series 8 will likewise come to the Apple Watch Pro, but not the new SE.
An additional revision: Gurman had originally stated that Apple Watch Series 8 straps would work with Apple Watch Pro, although they wouldn't fit very well. This seems quite implausible and very un-Apple. However, Gurman has tweeted, "the next selection of bands for the Apple Watch Pro is going to be quite wide-ranging and play into the extreme sports motif." Some attractive data-dense faces will also be included in the fitness measurements.
Although this doesn't directly refute what he'd previously claimed, I believe Apple will push you to utilize the updated bands with the Apple Watch Pro. Things will become clear in due time.
And what about the color scheme?
Blue, green, starlight, midnight, and PRODUCT are the five available Series 7 hues (RED). Aluminum Watches do not come with Silver; only stainless steel models do.
Starlight, Midnight, PRODUCT(RED), and maybe even Silver appear to be the only Series 8 metal launch colors. Neither the color green nor the color blue, then.
Stainless steel comes in Silver, gold, and graphite in addition to space black for the Hermes edition, so yes, we are simply talking about the aluminum finish here. Apple Watch Edition's titanium coating is available in two colors: space black titanium and titanium. Apple Watch Pro is expected to replace the Edition, contrary to previous speculations. The future has no guarantees.
Recently introduced hue.
Accordingly, the other colors may undergo similar, slight shifts.
Parallel Timepieces.
But the tweet claims the case sizes would remain the same as they are now, at 41mm and 45mm, contrary to our expectations that Apple Watch Pro will be larger. The tweet incorrectly lists 55m as the greatest size, but the intended meaning is evident.
Availability.
Packaging.
What a sweet little touch. Recently, the plastic tear-off seal of the Watch box was replaced with paper. This year, however, more adhesive will be used so that the moment the seal is removed, it is immediately obvious that the box has been opened.
The good news is that we won't have to wait long to get official word from Apple.
